FoorumNet is the parent company of FoorumNM.com*, the business- and region- focused social network for New Mexico, and our first such site. The company is owned by Cottonwood Technology Group, whose mission is to assist young companies in the Rio Grande corridor, with offices in Los Alamos and Santa Fe, New Mexico. Dave Blivin is the Managing Partner. 

The Chief Instigator is Kevin Holsapple, President, Los Alamos Commerce & Development Corporation.

The COO of FoorumNet is Stefan Dill-Boyce., who is overseeing content, administrative and customer care duties, as well as strategic development help for both FoorumNM and its clients and users.   

 In 2010, Dill launched Ummah Relations, a new consultancy offering effective PR, social media and web strategies for a wide range of clients.

* Why "Foorum" (pronounced fooROOM)? Foorumi is the Finnish word for forum or platform, but we thought we could do without the extra letter.
